Park Place has been entirely refreshed for the 2024 NFL Season, and features 4 bedrooms, with all new furniture throughout, new flooring, new fixtures, new paint, a refinished basement, and a new Party Garage with a front/back bar into the backyard, two patios, four oversized flat screen TVs.  The kitchen is fully stocked with all new accessories, and the house has one and a half baths.  High speed Spectrum wifi internet is offered throughout.
